It serves as a portal for comparative ordering and monitoring offers from various telecommunications operators. With the help of external partners, TellyNet.si explores the offerings of most telecommunications operators, giving you the opportunity to access customized telecommunications service offers through the portal and place orders.

The content of the web portal does not represent official information unless specifically stated. The data, information, and web applications accessible on or through the TellyNet.si web portal may change at any time without prior notice. Users use the web portal at their own risk. Neither TellyNet.si nor any other legal entities involved in creating or maintaining the web portal are liable for any damage, indirect or direct, resulting from access, use, or the inability to use the data, information, and applications on the web portal. TellyNet.si does not guarantee the accuracy of the data obtained from other entities. Therefore, liability for any damage arising in this respect is entirely excluded.

Users of the Web Portal

Any use of the TellyNet.si web portal that does not represent the normal use of an individual is prohibited, constitutes economic damage, and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. Normal use is the use without any software aids (spiders, scripts, etc.) and in terms of a normal number of requests within a given time, where a maximum of 2 requests per second is considered normal.

Scope of Use of Databases and Intellectual Property Rights

Users of the web portal must take note of the following facts:

• that the databases in the TellyNet.si information system – as a whole and as individual parts of the system – are protected in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Law,
• that the data in TellyNet.si’s online services are part of the databases in the sense of the Copyright and Related Rights Law,
• that the TellyNet.si sign is protected as a service or trademark in accordance with the Industrial Property Law.
• The Copyright and Related Rights Law, among other things, stipulates that a user may only use insubstantial parts of the databases (qualitatively and/or quantitatively) or to the extent provided within the available online applications for anonymous or registered users. All other forms of further transmission or enabling use to third parties (e.g., publication on a third party or user server, reproduction in other documents, etc.) are expressly prohibited. This prohibition refers to all forms of use that exceed the scope of personal use. Particularly prohibited are the following actions:
  • using significant parts (qualitatively and/or quantitatively) of the databases (e.g., reproducing the structure of databases, parts of the database structure, groups of records, etc.),
  • using databases contrary to their normal use or in a manner that could harm the interests of TellyNet.si (e.g., systematic and repeated use of insubstantial parts of the databases, etc.),
  • capturing significant parts (qualitatively and/or quantitatively) of the databases with special software solutions,
  • removal of source indications.
  • It is also prohibited to remove or replace the TellyNet.si signs when they appear on individual data and information. The user is liable for all damage that may occur to TellyNet.si as a result of violating these terms and restrictions.

Use of Data and Information from the Web Portal

No data or information from the web portal may be used for commercial purposes without TellyNet.si’s permission. It is not permitted to collect data and information from the web portal in any public or private database. Publications in other places, in any form, are not allowed if not expressly stated for individual data and information. Users may transfer data and information from the web portal to their systems for personal use, provided they do not alter the indications of copyright and other related rights. Printing data and information for reading for personal or non-commercial purposes is permitted. Copying, transmitting, republishing, modifying the data and information, or mailing and distributing them in any other way without prior written permission from TellyNet.si is prohibited.

Links to the web portal or the homepage and/or individual subpages are only allowed with written consent from TellyNet.si.
The pages of the web portal may also contain links to other websites not maintained by TellyNet.si, for which TellyNet.si is not responsible for the content.

Accessibility of the Web Portal

TellyNet.si strives to provide users with uninterrupted use of the web portal – normally 24 hours a day. Due to technical reasons (for maintenance and/or equipment replacement), TellyNet.si reserves the right to short interruptions in the operation of the web portal or access disturbances, usually after 8 PM.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the web portal in violation of the General Terms of Use of the TellyNet.si web portal will be resolved amicably by the users and TellyNet.si. If this is not possible, the court in Banja Luka will have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
